11. How much does a caller pay to call me on my barablu online number?

If you have a number in the country of the caller then the person calling you will pay charges applicable for a local call within that country. If they phone you from another country, they will pay normal international rates.

 

For example: You live in the UK and have a US (New York) number. If your friend from New York calls you she/he pays local call charges as determined by the phone provider for that call. But if your friends from any other parts of the world or any other parts of USA call you on the same number then they will have to pay international charges since you have a USA (New York) based my number.

Yes, with barablu you can get a barablu online number for UK and USA. So if you reside in the UK, you can still get a number for USA.

Yes, just like any other number, calls can be forwarded to a barablu online number,

14. Can I forward calls from my barablu online number to any other number?

Yes. Even if you are not on barablu, you can still receive your calls by forwarding your calls to a number of your choice. This means you can receive your barablu online number calls on your mobile. Forwarded calls are charged at normal barablu rates. You will need credit in your account to use call forwarding. Add credit now.

15. Can two barablu users get the same number?

No. As soon as you select a number from our website to buy it, it is reserved by us and will not be available for others to buy.

16. I wanted to buy a number but my payment failed. Can I buy the same number again?

Yes. If your payment has failed your selected number will still be available to buy provided it has not been bought by another user during that time.

17. Will my barablu online number subscription be renewed automatically at the end of the year?

No. We do not automatically renew you number subscription. We will send you a reminder email before the end of your subscription. You need to contact us if you want to renew the service for the next year.

18. I would like to cancel my number

Once you bought your number, you pay a once off cost that covers your number for the full year. We don't offer cash back on barablu online numbers.
